A picture is worth a thousand words. Great photographs help attract clients to look at a property and include it in the list of homes they are looking at.
I photograph Real Estate photography using HDR (High Dynamic Range) where I take 5 photographs of each shot that are much lighter, lighter, normal, darker and much darker exposures combined into one image that has more detail in the shadows and highlights. I combine the 5 exposures into one image in Adobe Lightroom and make additional adjustments as well for photographs with impact.

High Dynamic Range photographs are created by taking 5 exposures of each image and combining them with photo software. Panoramic images are created by taking 3 to 7 images and then combining them in photo software to create one wide shot using our special Panoramic tripod. (Jerry teaches Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom software.)
VIDEO OF HOME WITH SMOOTH WALK-THROUGH $ 95.
Our Walk-through Video uses a stabilizer that looks like a drone flying through the house. We add music to the video for an overall effect that brings an emotional response.
